With over five years of experience in aged care, I understand the unique needs of individuals requiring support. My journey in caregiving has been driven by a deep passion for helping others maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
I began my career as a Care Team Leader in a nursing home, where I spent five years specializing in dementia care and managing various behavioral needs. During this time, I developed a strong understanding of how to provide tailored support to individuals with complex conditions.
Seeing the difference personalized care can make, I decided to become an independent service provider, offering one-on-one support that is flexible, compassionate, and designed around each individual’s needs.
